Traditional Life Plan Communities often include on-site skilled nursing facilities—intended to offer comprehensive care, but sometimes limiting real choice. If the on-site skilled nursing option doesn’t meet a resident’s expectations, they may feel stuck with limited alternatives.
At Oak Hill, the model is reimagined. By intentionally not including skilled nursing on campus, the community allows residents to retain choice and flexibility—selecting from trusted, high-quality skilled providers in the local area, rather than being locked into a facility that may not align with their needs or preferences.
This modern approach reflects growing consumer preferences for more adaptive and wellness-centered communities. Oak Hill’s model puts control back in residents’ hands—backed by concierge-level support, holistic wellness programs, and proactive care planning.
