The Lodge at Truitt Homestead is proud to support the 3rd Annual Ashley Furio 5K Run/Walk. Proceeds from the Run/Walk will help support the Child Development Center of Children’s Beach House through the Ashley Furio Endowment Fund.
The annual 5K was created to celebrate the life of Ashely Furio, who dreamt of helping children with special needs during her too-short-time on earth. The funds raised will benefit at-risk preschoolers in Sussex County who have developmental delays.
The Lodge invites depositors and prospective residents to join their team of walkers, meet new friends and future neighbors, and get moving for a good cause! Particpation in the event is complimentary to the first three participants who sign up.
The event will take place on Saturday, October 13th at 9:00AM at Crooked Hammock Brewery (36707 Crooked Hammock Way, Lewes, DE 19958).
